VALENTINE WISHES

My wish for you on Valentine's Day
is one for which I fervently pray
that you love all those whom God has made
and do not hate those of another shade.

Treat friends and neighbors with kindness, too
Someday, if not already, they may care for you.

Love yourself as well, treat your body right;
Your heart beats for you through the day and night;
So eat nutritious food, move around a lot,
Exercise those muscles until you're hot !

Move to music, you might as well;
For music has charms so they tell,
A stretch, a stroll, and a rapid pace,
Move those bones around with a smile on your face !
