To first see what is on your computer, you can go to Bit Defender-Home User and then click on Online Scanner to see if any spyware has infected your computer. Kaskersky.Com and then click on Online Virus Scanner. Symantec's Home User Page and then click on Start by the Symantec Security Check , then click on Go and select either the Security Scan or Virus Scan . Make sure you allow Pop-ups and if it ask you to Install Active X , say YES. Write down what files are infected and where they are located. Then use the advice from their page to clean up your computer.
